The COXREELS TMPL-N-3100-SS is a stainless steel, spring-driven hose reel built for demanding environments where corrosion, contamination, and rust are constant concerns. Part of the COXREELS SS Series, this unit features an electro-polished stainless steel construction with stainless steel fluid paths throughout. The reel accepts 3/8-inch ID, 11/16-inch OD hose at up to 100 feet of length. A cartridge-style recoil motor handles retraction, and the 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet keeps the external fluid path fully non-corrosive. Plumbers, industrial maintenance technicians, and facility service professionals install this reel in washdown, chemical processing, food service, marina, and similar corrosive-environment applications.
The TMPL-N-3100-SS is suited for fixed and mobile installations where a stainless steel fluid path is required. Typical applications include food and beverage processing facilities, chemical handling stations, marine service docks, and outdoor or coastal maintenance environments where standard steel or aluminum reels would corrode prematurely. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting, making this reel adaptable across facility and fleet service setups. The dual pedestal base with a solid one-piece stainless steel support post provides stable mounting without welded joints.
Designed to accept 3/8-inch ID, 11/16-inch OD hose up to 100 feet in length. Part of the COXREELS T-SS Series of spring-driven stainless steel hose reels intended for corrosive-environment fluid handling applications.
Installation is typically performed by a licensed plumber or qualified industrial maintenance technician. Shut off fluid supply and depressurize the hose and reel assembly completely before mounting or servicing. Secure the base to a surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and hose at capacity using hardware appropriate to the mounting surface. Consult applicable facility codes and the manufacturer installation guide for NPT inlet connection torque and mounting fastener requirements.
