The COXREELS THP-N-350 is a T Series spring driven hose reel built for truck-mount and off-road service applications where standard reels cannot hold up. It accepts 3/8 inch ID hose with an 11/16 inch OD and handles up to 50 feet of hose. The reel is constructed around an extra-large steel chassis with dual pedestal-style arms and CoxreelsO Super Hub triple axle support, which reduces vibration and maintains structural integrity on rough terrain. The enclosed cartridge-style spring motor and CNC-spun ribbed steel discs make this reel a practical choice for technicians who need a reliable retraction system in high-abuse field environments. Weighing 78 pounds, it is a heavy-duty unit sized for permanent vehicle installation.
The THP-N-350 is designed for truck-mount and off-road service rigs operating in demanding conditions. It is well suited for mobile lubrication, fluid transfer, compressed air, and similar trade applications where a spring driven reel must perform reliably over uneven terrain and repeated daily use. The multi-position guide arm accommodates wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, giving service technicians flexibility during installation and rerouting. A 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation without removing the reel from its mount.
Designed as an OEM-style truck-mount replacement or new-install spring driven hose reel for 3/8 inch ID hose in mobile service, off-road, and fleet maintenance applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with vehicle-mounted fluid or air distribution systems. Depressurize and drain all lines before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the steel base to a structurally sound mounting surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and filled hose. Verify that all NPT fittings and swivel connections are thread-sealed and leak-tested before returning the system to service.
