The COXREELS THP-N-175 is a T Series spring-driven hose reel built for truck-mount and off-road service applications. It accepts 1/4 inch ID hose with a 9/16 inch OD and accommodates up to 75 feet of hose. The reel is constructed with a heavy-duty steel base and features a dual pedestal-style arm design paired with the Super Hub triple axle support system, which reduces vibration and reinforces structural integrity under demanding field conditions. A cartridge-style spring motor drives retraction. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical service technicians working from service vehicles will find this reel suited to high-cycle, high-abuse environments where a lighter-duty reel would fail.
The THP-N-175 is intended for truck-mounted and vehicle-based service rigs operating in off-road or demanding outdoor environments. The multi-position guide arm adjusts to wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, giving installers flexibility during fit-out. The reel ships as a single unit and is appropriate for trades that need a dependable spring-return reel anchored to a service vehicle chassis or skid mount. Its reinforced construction makes it a fit for applications where road vibration and rough terrain are routine operating conditions.
Designed for use with 1/4 inch ID, 9/16 inch OD hose up to 75 feet in length. Intended for truck-mount and off-road vehicle installation as part of the COXREELS T Series spring-driven reel line.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with vehicle or skid-mounted fluid-handling equipment. Disconnect and depressurize the hose and any connected supply line before servicing the reel, swivel, or motor cartridge. Secure the reel to a structurally sound mounting surface rated to support the combined weight of the reel and loaded hose. Fastener selection and mounting configuration should comply with applicable equipment and vehicle safety standards for the service environment.
