The COXREELS TDMP-N-350 is a spring-driven dual hydraulic hose reel built for demanding fluid transfer applications. Part of the TDMP Series, it handles hose with a 3/8 inch ID and 11/16 inch OD up to 50 feet in length, with a spring retraction system rated to 3,000 psi. The reel features a dual-port melanized 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel with an external fluid path, allowing seal maintenance and hose installation without removing the reel from its mount. CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges provide structural strength and protect both the hose and the operator. At 104 pounds, this is a heavy-duty fixed-installation unit suited for shop, fleet, or industrial service bays.
The TDMP-N-350 is designed for dual hydraulic line applications where both supply and return hose routing must be managed on a single reel. The one-side supply and return hookup simplifies plumbing in tight spaces. It is well suited for residential and commercial service facilities, agricultural equipment maintenance, and industrial maintenance shops where spring-driven retraction improves workflow and reduces hose wear. The unit ships as a single assembly and mounts via its dual pedestal steel base to wall, floor, ceiling, or vehicle mounting surfaces using the multi-position guide arm.
Designed for dual hydraulic hose applications using 3/8 inch ID hose up to 50 feet. Part of the COXREELS TDMP Series of dual hydraulic reels. Consult COXREELS documentation for specific hose and fitting compatibility before installation.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic or mechanical technician familiar with high-pressure fluid systems. Relieve all hydraulic pressure and de-energize the system before connecting or disconnecting hose lines. Mounting hardware must be appropriate for the surface type and rated to support the unit weight of 104 pounds plus the loaded hose assembly. Follow applicable facility and equipment manufacturer guidelines for hydraulic line routing and connection torque.
