The COXREELS SR19-H350 is a spring-driven hose reel from the S Series line, designed for side mount and cabinet mount installations in professional trade environments. It handles 3/8 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length and retracts automatically via an enclosed cartridge-style spring motor. The reel weighs 48 pounds and measures 20.5 inches long by 10.5 inches wide by 22 inches tall, making it compact enough for tight service bays, enclosed cabinets, and vehicle-mounted toolboxes. A 90-degree full-flow brass NPT swivel is machined from solid brass for reliable sealing and straightforward hose replacement without removing the reel from its mount. HVAC technicians, mechanics, plumbers, and general service professionals are the primary installers.
The SR19-H350 is suited for air, water, oil, grease, oxy-acetylene, and T Grade gas welding hose applications. Its 360-degree hose direction gives the operator full freedom of movement regardless of work orientation. Common installation locations include service units, tool benches, tool boxes, vertical walls and beams, vehicle lift systems, machine tools, and service vehicles. The two-bolt mounting pattern allows fast attachment and detachment, making it practical for shared or multi-workstation environments where the reel may be moved between locations.
The SR19-H350 is compatible with air, water, oil, grease, oxy-acetylene, and T Grade gas welding hose in 3/8 inch ID with a 5/8 inch OD up to 50 feet in length. Designed for side mount and cabinet mount configurations on flat vertical surfaces.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified service technician or mechanic using standard hand tools. Shut off and depressurize any air, fluid, or gas supply lines before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure both mounting bolts fully to the rated surface before pressurizing the system. Verify that the hose material and pressure rating are appropriate for the intended fluid or gas before putting the reel into service.
