The COXREELS SMPL-4100 is a spring-driven hose reel from the SP Series, engineered for large-volume fluid delivery in low- and medium-pressure applications. It accepts hose with a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 13/16 inch outer diameter, with a 100 ft hose capacity. The box-style steel frame uses heavy-duty cross supports at all four corners for structural rigidity under demanding use. A permanently lubricated precision bearing system and CPC powder coat finish are built into the design for long service life. This reel is suited for fuel, water, and similar delivery tasks. Licensed technicians and service professionals in fluid-handling trades are the primary installers.
The SMPL-4100 is designed for industrial, commercial, and fleet service environments where large-diameter hose and high-volume delivery are required at low to medium pressures. Typical applications include fuel dispensing, water supply, and similar fluid transfer operations where a spring-retract reel improves workflow and reduces hose management time on the job. The enclosed cartridge motor and swivel design simplify on-site servicing without requiring removal of the reel from its mounting position.
Designed as an OEM-style spring-driven hose reel for large-diameter hose applications in low- and medium-pressure fluid delivery systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid-handling systems and applicable safety codes. Shut off the fluid supply and relieve all line pressure before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally sound surface rated for the combined weight of the unit and filled hose. Follow applicable OSHA and facility safety guidelines when working with fuel or pressurized fluid systems.
