The COXREELS SLPL-650 is a spring-driven hose reel from the SP Series, engineered for large-volume fluid delivery in low- and medium-pressure applications. It accepts hose with a 1 inch ID and 1.5 inch OD, holding up to 50 feet of hose. The reel ships at 142 pounds and measures 33.5 inches long by 22 inches wide by 25.75 inches tall. A box-style steel frame with heavy-duty cross supports at all four corners provides the structural rigidity required in demanding fuel and water dispensing environments. Licensed plumbers, fuel system technicians, and industrial service contractors are the primary installers.
The SLPL-650 is suited for fuel dispensing and water delivery applications where large hose diameters and high flow volume are required at low to medium working pressures. Typical installations include fleet fueling stations, agricultural water systems, industrial wash-down stations, and similar fixed or mobile service setups where a self-retracting reel improves safety and hose management. The spring-driven retraction mechanism keeps hose off the ground and reduces handling fatigue during repeated connect-and-disconnect cycles.
Designed for use with hose measuring 1 inch ID and 1.5 inch OD at lengths up to 50 feet in low- and medium-pressure fuel and water delivery systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid handling and hose reel mounting practices. Shut off and depressurize the fluid supply line completely before connecting or servicing the reel. Secure the mounting base to a structurally sound surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and fluid-filled hose. Verify that all NPT swivel connections are leak-tested before returning the system to service.
