The COXREELS SLPF-5100 is a spring-driven hose reel from the SP Series, engineered for large-volume fuel delivery in low- and medium-pressure applications. It accepts hose with a 3/4 inch inner diameter and 1 3/16 inch outer diameter, handling up to 100 feet of fuel dispensing hose. The box-style steel frame features heavy-duty cross supports at all four corners, delivering the structural rigidity required for demanding shop, fleet, and field fuel service environments. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel supports fuel dispensing duty. Licensed technicians and fuel equipment service professionals handle installation and commissioning of this unit.
The SLPF-5100 is suited for fleet maintenance facilities, fuel dispensing stations, agricultural operations, and industrial service bays where large-diameter hose and reliable spring retraction are required. It is designed for low- to medium-pressure fuel and water delivery applications where consistent hose management and operator safety are priorities. The enclosed cartridge-style spring motor supports routine maintenance without removing the reel from service.
Designed for use with 3/4 inch ID fuel dispensing hose up to 100 feet in length; fits standard NPT plumbing connections common to low- and medium-pressure fuel and water delivery systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified fuel equipment technician or licensed service professional in accordance with applicable local codes and NFPA guidelines for fuel dispensing systems. Shut off all fuel supply lines and relieve system pressure before mounting or servicing the reel. Ensure the mounting surface and fasteners are rated for the combined weight of the reel and a fully loaded hose. Verify all NPT swivel connections are properly sealed before returning the system to service.
