The COXREELS SL19WT-175 is a spring-driven welding gas hose reel designed for cabinet mount and enclosed-space applications. Part of the COXREELS S Series, it accommodates a 1/4-inch ID hose up to 75 feet in length and is built for T-grade welding gas service. The reel features a CNC robotically spun steel disc construction with rolled edges for strength and hose protection. A dual-ported external brass swivel with VITON seals allows both inlet and outlet connections from the same side of the reel, eliminating the need to dismount the unit for hose hookup. Licensed welding professionals and industrial service technicians are the primary installers of this reel.
The SL19WT-175 is suited for residential shop environments, commercial service bays, and industrial workstations where welding gas delivery must be organized and readily accessible. Its compact side-mount profile makes it a practical fit for vertical flat surfaces, tool benches, tool boxes, vehicle lift systems, machine tools, and service vehicles. The 360-degree hose direction capability allows the operator to route hose in any direction required by the job. Common deployment scenarios include multi-workstation shops where the reel may need to be temporarily detached and relocated between stations.
Designed for use with T-grade welding gas hose in oxy-acetylene and similar welding gas delivery applications. The S Series platform is also available in configurations for air, water, oil, and grease service.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with welding gas plumbing and applicable codes such as NFPA 51 for oxy-fuel systems. Shut off all gas supply and fully depressurize the hose and supply line before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally sound vertical surface using the two-bolt mounting pattern, verifying the mount surface can support the combined weight of the reel and fully loaded hose. Do not exceed the hose or fitting pressure ratings specified by the hose and fitting manufacturers.
