The COXREELS SL19W-175 is a spring-driven, side-mount welding gas hose reel built for oxygen-acetylene and T-grade gas welding hose in demanding service environments. The reel accepts 1/4-inch ID hose up to 50 feet and features an external 90-degree full-flow dual-ported brass swivel with Viton seals, allowing both inlet and outlet connections from the same side without removing the reel from its mount. The frame and CNC robotically spun ribbed discs are constructed from steel with rolled edges for strength and operator safety. A chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting CPC powder coat finish protects the assembly in shop and vehicle environments. Licensed welding professionals and experienced service technicians are the primary installers.
The SL19W-175 is designed for compact or enclosed installations where a low-profile, two-bolt side-mount footprint is required. Typical applications include service unit cabinets, tool benches, tool boxes, vertical walls and beams, vehicle lift systems, machine tools, and service vehicles. The 360-degree hose direction allows the operator to pull hose in any direction the job demands. The reel suits both permanent fixed installations and temporary multi-workstation setups where quick detachment is needed.
Designed for use with oxygen-acetylene welding hose and T-grade gas welding hose with 1/4-inch ID up to 50 feet. Suitable for cabinet-mount, enclosed-space, and flat vertical surface installations per the COXREELS S Series side-mount platform.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified welding technician or industrial service professional familiar with compressed gas hose systems. Shut off and bleed all gas supply lines before mounting or servicing the reel. The two-bolt mounting pattern should be anchored to a structurally sound flat vertical surface capable of supporting the loaded reel weight. Follow applicable OSHA and CGA guidelines for oxygen-fuel gas hose connections and equipment installation.
