The COXREELS SL19-M450 is a spring-driven hose reel from the S Series, designed for cabinet and enclosed-space side mounting in professional trade environments. It accommodates 1/2 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length and features a 360-degree hose direction range, allowing operation in any direction the job demands. The reel uses a two-bolt mounting pattern for fast installation and removal across multiple workstations. CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges provide structural strength and hose protection. A permanently lubricated, enclosed cartridge-style motor keeps maintenance simple and safe. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, fleet mechanics, and service vehicle operators are the primary installers.
The SL19-M450 is suited for service units, tool benches, tool boxes, vertical walls and beams, vehicle lift systems, machine tools, and service vehicles. It handles air, water, oil, grease, oxy-acetylene, and T Grade gas welding hose, making it a versatile choice across multiple trade applications. The compact side-mount profile fits inside cabinets and enclosed spaces where floor or ceiling-mount reels will not work. The 360-degree guide arm allows the hose to be routed in any direction without restricting workflow at the workstation.
Designed as a direct-fit S Series spring-driven hose reel for professional service applications requiring cabinet or side-mount installation with 1/2 inch ID hose and 50 feet of capacity across air, water, oil, grease, oxy-acetylene, and T Grade gas welding hose service.
Installation is performed by qualified mechanics, service technicians, or tradespeople familiar with pressurized hose systems. Depressurize and drain the supply line completely before mounting or connecting hose. Secure the reel using the two-bolt pattern to a structurally sound vertical surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and hose under load. Verify that all NPT swivel connections are sealed and leak-tested before returning the system to service.
