The COXREELS SHWT-N-175 is a spring-driven welding hose reel from the SHW Series, designed to manage bulky twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and field environments. Built on a larger chassis and frame than compact P-W Series units, it accommodates longer hose lengths and incorporates the Coxreels Super Hub dual axle support system for increased stability, reduced vibration, and greater structural integrity. The reel features a 1/4 inch inner diameter and handles up to 75 feet of welding hose. It is installed by welding professionals and industrial maintenance technicians in both fixed and vehicle-mounted applications.
The SHWT-N-175 is suited for oxy-fuel welding, cutting, and similar welding gas applications where managing long twin-line hose runs is essential. The multi-position guide arm allows installation on walls, floors, ceilings, and vehicles, making it adaptable to a wide range of shop layouts and mobile service setups. The steel construction and CPC powder coat finish make it appropriate for heavy-use commercial and industrial environments where hose management equipment is subject to daily wear.
Designed as an OEM-style spring-driven reel for twin-line welding hose with 1/4 inch inner diameter in commercial and industrial welding gas applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with welding gas systems and hose reel mounting requirements. Shut off all gas supply valves and verify zero pressure in the hose lines before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the base to a structurally sound surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and hose load. Consult applicable local codes and the manufacturers installation documentation before placing the unit in service.
