The COXREELS SHF-N-525 is a spring-driven fuel hose reel built on the SH Series Super Hub platform, designed for commercial and industrial fuel dispensing applications. It accommodates 3/4 inch ID hose up to 25 feet in length and features a dual axle Super Hub support system that reduces vibration and increases structural stability during operation. The reel ships with a machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel rated for fuel service. A lubricated, enclosed cartridge-style spring motor is field-removable, making maintenance straightforward without specialized tooling. Licensed technicians and fuel equipment service professionals are the primary installers of this unit.
The SHF-N-525 is suited for fuel dispensing stations, fleet service facilities, agricultural operations, and vehicle-mounted service trucks where a retractable hose reel is needed for diesel, gasoline, or similar petroleum-based fluids. The larger SH Series chassis accommodates the added demands of fuel hose, which runs heavier and stiffer than standard air or water hose. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, or vehicle mounting, giving installers flexibility across a wide range of service environments.
Designed for use with 3/4 inch ID fuel dispensing hose up to 25 feet in length in commercial and industrial fuel service installations.
Installation should be performed by a qualified fuel equipment technician or licensed tradesperson familiar with petroleum dispensing systems and applicable local codes. Shut off fuel supply and depressurize the hose line completely before mounting or servicing the reel. Ensure the mounting surface and fasteners are rated for the combined weight of the reel, hose, and fluid load. Follow all applicable fire codes and manufacturer torque requirements for swivel and inlet fittings.
