The COXREELS SH-N-435 is a spring-driven hose reel from the SH Series Super Hub line, built for demanding industrial and trade service applications. The reel features a dual axle support system that reduces vibration and increases structural stability during operation. A machined brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. Designed for 1/2 inch ID hose with a 3/4 inch OD, the unit accommodates up to 35 feet of hose. The enclosed cartridge-style rewind motor is removable for field maintenance. The reel weighs 49 pounds and measures 20.5 inches long, 10.5 inches wide, and 22 inches tall.
The SH-N-435 suits professional installations in industrial facilities, service garages, fleet maintenance bays, and similar high-use environments where a reliable spring-return hose reel is required. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting, making it adaptable to a wide range of service bay layouts. The single-pedestal steel base provides a stable, no-weld foundation. Licensed trades and industrial maintenance technicians are the primary installers of this type of reel in both new construction and retrofit applications.
Designed as an OEM-style spring-driven hose reel compatible with 1/2 inch ID, 3/4 inch OD hose up to 35 feet in length, suitable for standard NPT-connected fluid service systems.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid distribution and hose reel mounting requirements. Before servicing or replacing hose, shut off the fluid supply and relieve all pressure in the hose line. Secure the reel to a structurally rated mount point appropriate for the selected mounting position — wall, floor, ceiling, or vehicle. Follow all applicable local codes and the manufacturer's mounting instructions when selecting fastener size and anchor type.
