The COXREELS SG19WT-175 is a spring-driven welding gas hose reel engineered for oxy-acetylene and T-grade gas welding hose applications. Part of the SGW Series, it accepts 1/4-inch ID hose up to 75 feet in length and mounts to any vertical flat surface using a simple two-bolt pattern. The reel features an external 90-degree full-flow dual-ported brass swivel with Viton seals, routing both supply and return connections from the same side so the unit never needs to be removed from its mount for hose changes. Licensed welding professionals and service technicians are the primary installers of this reel in fixed and mobile service environments.
The SG19WT-175 is suited for service vehicles, tool benches, vertical walls and beams, vehicle lift systems, and machine tool stations where a compact side-mount footprint and reliable hose retraction are required. Its two-bolt mounting pattern supports both temporary and permanent installation, making it practical in tight spaces such as enclosed cabinets and confined service bays. The adjustable six-position guide arm and roller assembly allow the hose exit angle to be repositioned with a standard open-end wrench without disassembling the unit.
Designed for use with T-grade gas welding hose and oxy-acetylene hose with a 1/4-inch ID, up to 75 feet in length, in applications including service vehicles, wall mounts, and machine tool stations.
Installation should be performed by a qualified welding equipment technician or similarly trained trade professional familiar with compressed gas hose systems. Shut off all gas supply valves and fully depressurize the hose before mounting or servicing the reel. The two-bolt mounting pattern requires a flat vertical surface capable of supporting the loaded weight of the reel and hose. Follow all applicable compressed gas and welding safety codes during installation and periodic maintenance.
