The COXREELS SG19-M350 is a spring-driven, side-mount hose reel from the SG Series, designed for dispensing air, water, oil, or grease hose in demanding service environments. Built around CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges, this reel delivers structural durability and hose protection in a compact footprint. The brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. A cartridge-style motor is fully enclosed and lubricated for long service life, and a CPC powder coat finish resists chipping and rust. Licensed trades including service technicians and fluid-system mechanics rely on this reel for consistent, controlled hose payout in confined or vertical installations.
The SG19-M350 is suited for residential and commercial service applications where space is limited. Common installation locations include service vehicles, tool benches, vertical walls and beams, vehicle lift systems, and machine tool stations. The two-bolt mounting pattern allows fast attachment and detachment on any vertical flat surface, making it equally practical for permanent shop installations and temporary field setups. The adjustable six-position guide arm and roller assembly give the installer maximum control over hose routing and retrieval angle. This reel handles air, water, oil, and grease service lines with a 3/8 inch ID and 50 foot hose length.
Designed as an OEM-style spring-driven hose reel for air, water, oil, and grease service lines with 3/8 inch ID hose in both commercial and mobile service applications.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified service technician or fluid-system mechanic. Depressurize and drain all lines before mounting or connecting hose. Secure the reel to a structurally rated vertical flat surface using the two-bolt mounting pattern and appropriate fasteners for the substrate. Verify that the guide arm position and hose routing comply with any applicable facility or vehicle safety standards before returning the system to service.
