The COXREELS SG19-H150 is a side-mount, spring-driven hose reel built for demanding trade environments where space is tight and hose control is critical. Part of the SG Series, it accommodates 1/4 inch inner diameter hose up to 50 feet and is rated for air, water, oil, and grease applications. The reel features a machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel, a lubricated and enclosed cartridge-style motor for easy field maintenance, and heavy-duty CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges for strength and operator safety. A CPC powder coat finish resists chips and rust for long service life.
The SG19-H150 is designed for installation on any vertical flat surface using a simple two-bolt mounting pattern that allows quick attachment and detachment for temporary or permanent setups. Common applications include service vehicles, tool benches, vertical walls and beams, vehicle lift systems, and machine tool stations. The multi-position guide arm and roller assembly adjust to six different positions using a standard open-end wrench, giving technicians precise hose routing control in confined or high-traffic work areas. It is suited for automotive, industrial, and fleet service environments where reliable hose management is a daily requirement.
Designed as an OEM-style side-mount spring-driven hose reel for air, water, oil, and grease service lines with 1/4 inch ID hose connections in residential, commercial, and fleet service applications.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified mechanic or industrial service technician. Depressurize and disconnect the hose line completely before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure to a structural vertical flat surface capable of supporting the reel weight and hose load using hardware appropriate for the substrate. Refer to applicable OSHA and facility safety guidelines when installing on service vehicles or lift systems.
