The COXREELS SG17L-L350 is a side-mount, spring-driven hose reel designed for demanding service in tight or enclosed spaces. Built for air, water, oil, and grease applications, it features a 3/8 inch ID hose capacity rated for 50 feet of hose. The reel uses a cartridge-style spring motor that is fully enclosed and lubricated for long service life. CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges provide structural strength and protect both the hose and the operator. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. Licensed HVAC techs, plumbers, and service vehicle outfitters rely on this reel for consistent hose retrieval in high-use environments.
The SG17L-L350 is suited for service vehicles, tool benches, vertical walls, beams, vehicle lift systems, and machine tool stations. The two-bolt mounting pattern allows fast installation and removal on any vertical flat surface, making it equally practical for permanent shop installations and temporary service setups. The multi-position guide arm adjusts to six different positions using a standard wrench, giving the installer precise control over hose routing and retrieval angle. This reel is part of the COXREELS SG Series, which covers air, water, oil, and grease service lines.
The SG17L-L350 is compatible with air, water, oil, and grease service lines using 3/8 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length. It is designed for installation on any vertical flat surface and fits common service vehicle racks, tool benches, wall mounts, beams, vehicle lift systems, and machine tool stations.
Installation is performed using the two-bolt mounting pattern on a vertical flat surface capable of supporting the reel and a loaded hose. Shut off and bleed the supply line before connecting or servicing any hose or swivel fitting. The guide arm position is adjusted with a standard wrench — no special tooling required. Confirm the supply medium is compatible with all wetted materials before pressurizing the system.
