The COXREELS PC24-0012-B is a spring-driven power cord reel built for heavy-duty industrial and commercial use. It replaces tangled extension cords with a self-retracting design that improves jobsite safety and workflow efficiency. The reel holds 100 feet of cord and features CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges for strength and cord protection. A permanently lubricated, enclosed cartridge-style spring motor drives retraction and can be removed without dismounting the reel. The unit ships as a single assembly and is suited for installation by electricians or maintenance technicians in demanding shop, fleet, or industrial environments.
The PC24-0012-B fits permanent wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations thanks to its multi-position guide arm. It is designed for industrial facilities, service bays, maintenance shops, and fleet vehicle applications where a reliable, retractable power source is required at a fixed station. The included 5-foot lead cable and grounding plug allow direct connection to a branch circuit. The quad industrial receptacle provides four outlets at the reel end for tool and equipment use.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct installation option for industrial power cord reel applications; part of the COXREELS PC Series, which shares design architecture with the P and SH Series reels.
Installation should be performed by a licensed electrician in accordance with NEC requirements for fixed cord reels and branch circuit connections. Power down and lock out the circuit before making any wiring connections to the lead cable or mounting hardware. Secure the reel to a structurally adequate surface using the appropriate fasteners for the chosen mounting orientation. Do not exceed the cord or electrical ratings marked on the reel.
