The COXREELS P-LPL-330 is a spring driven hose reel from the P Series line, designed for reliable, hands-free hose retraction in demanding trade and industrial environments. Built around a 3/8 inch inner diameter hose path with a 5/8 inch outer diameter and 30 foot hose capacity, this reel suits compressed air, water, and low-pressure fluid service. The cartridge-style spring motor and heavy duty CNC robotically spun steel discs with rolled edges give it durability suited to shop floors, service vehicles, and commercial facilities. Licensed contractors and service technicians in HVAC, plumbing, and general mechanical trades are the primary installers and users.
The P-LPL-330 fits residential and commercial service environments where a compact, wall-, floor-, ceiling-, or vehicle-mounted retractable hose station is needed. Its multi-position guide arm accommodates varied mounting orientations without reworking the installation. The single-pedestal steel base provides a stable footprint in tight mechanical rooms, service bays, and utility areas. Where repeated daily hose deployment and retraction is the norm, the enclosed and lubricated motor and permanently lubricated precision bearings reduce scheduled maintenance intervals.
Designed as an OEM-style spring driven hose reel suitable for 3/8 inch ID hose assemblies in compressed air, water, and low-pressure fluid service applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with hose reel mounting requirements for the intended service environment. Shut off and depressurize the supply line completely before connecting or disconnecting the hose reel. Mounting hardware must be rated for the combined weight of the reel and filled hose; verify fastener compatibility with the mounting surface before installation. Follow applicable OSHA and facility safety guidelines for pressurized fluid systems during commissioning.
