The COXREELS P-LP-130 is a spring-driven hose reel built for industrial and trade applications where reliable hose retraction and durable construction are non-negotiable. Part of the COXREELS P Series, this reel accepts hose with a 1/4 inch ID and 1/2 inch OD up to 30 feet in length. The spring-driven cartridge motor retracts the hose automatically, keeping work areas clear and reducing wear on the hose. Heavy-duty CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges provide structural strength while protecting both the hose and the operator. A chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting CPC powder coat finish extends service life in demanding environments. Licensed trades and maintenance professionals working in automotive, industrial, or light commercial settings are the primary installers.
The P-LP-130 is suited for low-pressure air and fluid service lines in shop, fleet, or facility maintenance environments. Its compact footprint makes it practical in confined spaces such as service bays, equipment rooms, and utility closets. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting, giving installers flexibility in how and where the reel is positioned. The solid one-piece steel base and support post provide a stable, no-weld single pedestal mount that resists racking under repeated use.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or new-installation spring-driven hose reel for 1/4 inch ID hose lines up to 30 feet in low-pressure air and fluid service applications.
Installation is typically performed by licensed mechanics, industrial maintenance technicians, or qualified service professionals. Depressurize and bleed down the supply line completely before connecting or disconnecting any hose reel fitting. Verify that the mounting surface and fasteners are rated for the combined weight of the reel, hose, and fluid load before securing the base. Follow all applicable OSHA and facility safety requirements for pressurized fluid systems during installation and service.
