The COXREELS MPD-N-330 is a spring-driven dual hydraulic hose reel built for demanding fluid transfer applications in industrial and mobile service environments. Rated to 3,000 PSI, it accommodates hose with a 3/8 inch ID and 11/16 inch OD up to 30 feet in length. The reel features a CNC robotically spun and ribbed disc design with rolled edges for structural strength and hose protection. A melanized dual-port NPT swivel provides an external fluid path for straightforward seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. Licensed HVAC, hydraulic, and industrial service technicians are the primary installers of this unit.
The MPD-N-330 is suited for dual hydraulic line routing in industrial facilities, service trucks, and mobile equipment. Its spring-driven retraction keeps hose under controlled tension for consistent retrieval. The single-pedestal steel base and multi-position aluminum guide arm allow mounting to walls, floors, ceilings, or vehicle surfaces, making it adaptable to fixed and mobile service setups. The one-side supply and return hookup simplifies plumbing connections in tight or confined installations.
Designed as an OEM-style spring-driven dual hydraulic hose reel replacement or new installation for applications requiring 3/8 inch ID hose at pressures up to 3,000 PSI and run lengths up to 30 feet.
Installation should be performed by a qualified hydraulic or industrial service technician familiar with high-pressure fluid systems. Depressurize and isolate the hydraulic circuit completely before connecting or disconnecting hose or fittings. Verify that mounting surface load ratings are adequate for the reel weight and dynamic hose tension before securing the base. Follow applicable facility safety codes and equipment manufacturer guidelines for hydraulic line routing and connection torque.
