The COXREELS HP1125-5-200-E is a motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding industrial and commercial service applications. It features a 12V DC, 1/3 HP reversible motor for powered retrieval and is built around a one-piece, all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base that provides rigid, bolt-free structure. The reel accepts 3/4 inch ID hose up to 200 feet and incorporates an electroless nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet. CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs with rolled edges protect hose integrity during winding. A CPC powder coat finish provides chip resistance and rust inhibition for extended service life in harsh environments. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and general trade contractors typically specify this reel for fluid transfer, pressure washing, and air supply service stations.
The HP1125-5-200-E is suited for industrial facilities, service garages, fleet maintenance shops, and commercial job sites where motorized hose management is required. The exclusive low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design produces a non-crimping, flat hose wrap, reducing hose wear over repeated use cycles. The adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during manual payout. Permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings support smooth rotation under load. The mounting pattern is integrated into the steel base, simplifying installation and reel changeout on fixed service stations and wall or floor-mount applications.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and direct-fit reel within the COXREELS 1125 Series platform for industrial hose management applications accepting 3/4 inch ID hose up to 200 feet in length.
Installation is typically performed by qualified mechanical or plumbing trade professionals. Disconnect and lockout all power sources, including the 12V DC supply, before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally rated surface using the integrated base mounting pattern and fasteners appropriate for the substrate. Verify NPT inlet connections are properly sealed and pressure-tested before returning the system to service.
