The COXREELS HP1125-5-175-EA is a heavy-duty hose reel from the 1125 Series, built for demanding industrial and commercial applications. It accepts 3/4 inch ID hose up to 175 feet in length and features both hand crank and motorized operation via a 115-volt AC, 1/2 HP reversible AC rectified motor. The one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base provides rigid, bolt-free structure with a built-in mounting pattern for secure installation or removal. An electroless nickel plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet and a low-profile outlet riser with open drum slot design allow for non-crimping, flat hose wrap. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians are the primary installers.
The HP1125-5-175-EA suits industrial service environments where long hose runs and repeated retraction cycles are routine. The motorized rewind capability makes it well suited for service bays, maintenance facilities, and job sites where a 175-foot hose must be managed efficiently. The reel weighs 76 pounds and measures 37 inches long by 21 inches wide by 21 inches tall, making it a fixed-mount unit rather than a portable one. It is sold individually.
Designed for use with 3/4 inch ID hose up to 175 feet in length. Part of the COXREELS 1125 Series platform accepting standard NPT hose and fitting connections.
Installation is typically performed by qualified industrial mechanics or licensed tradespeople familiar with fixed hose reel mounting. Shut off the fluid supply and de-energize any connected electrical circuits before beginning installation or service. The integrated base mounting pattern accepts standard fastener layouts — use fasteners rated for the reel weight and anticipated service loads. Motor wiring must comply with NEC requirements for the voltage and amperage of the 115-volt AC motor circuit; consult a licensed electrician if branch circuit work is required.
