The COXREELS HP1125-4-500-EA is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, built for demanding industrial and commercial applications. It features a 1/2-inch inner diameter hose path and accommodates up to 500 feet of hose. The reel is driven by a 115-volt AC, 1/2 HP reversible AC rectified motor and is engineered for high-cycle, high-volume fluid transfer work. The one-piece all-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base provides rigid structural support without bolted joints. An adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during payout. Licensed HVAC technicians, industrial maintenance teams, and fluid-handling contractors are the typical installers.
This hose reel is suited for industrial plants, service fleets, wash bays, and large-facility maintenance operations where 500 feet of hose capacity is required. The motorized configuration is appropriate for applications where manual cranking is impractical due to hose weight or volume. The low-profile outlet riser and open drum slot design ensure a flat, non-crimping hose wrap, protecting hose integrity over repeated cycles. This unit ships as a single complete reel assembly.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct application fit within the COXREELS 1125 Series hose reel platform for industrial hose management systems requiring 1/2-inch ID hose capacity up to 500 feet.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with industrial reel mounting and electrical wiring. Disconnect and lock out all electrical power before making motor wiring connections, following NEC guidelines for motor branch circuits. Secure the reel to a structurally sound surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base. Verify hose end connections are properly rated for the intended fluid and pressure before pressurizing the system.
