The COXREELS HP1125-4-450-H is a heavy-duty motorized hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding industrial and trade applications. It accommodates 1/2 inch ID hose up to 450 feet in length and is driven by a hydraulic motor for powered retrieval. The reel is built on a one-piece, all-CNC-robotically-welded 12-gauge steel A-frame base with permanently lubricated, self-aligning pillow block bearings for smooth, consistent rotation. A CPC powder coat finish provides long-lasting chip and rust resistance. Licensed plumbers, industrial mechanics, and fluid-system technicians are the typical installers for this unit.
The HP1125-4-450-H fits residential, commercial, and industrial fluid-transfer systems where extended hose runs and reliable retraction under load are required. The hydraulic motor drive makes it well suited for equipment yards, service trucks, wash-down stations, and high-volume fluid dispensing operations where manual cranking is impractical. The open drum slot and low-profile outlet riser allow the hose to lay flat without crimping, which is critical for maintaining flow and extending hose service life on long daily-use cycles.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch ID hose up to 450 feet in length; part of the COXREELS 1125 Series platform for industrial and commercial fluid-transfer applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic or pipefitter familiar with hydraulic systems and hose-reel mounting practices. Depressurize and shut off all fluid supply lines before connecting or disconnecting hose fittings. Secure the reel to a structural surface using the mounting pattern integrated into the steel base, following applicable facility and equipment codes. Do not exceed the rated hose ID or length specification, as doing so may affect swivel and bearing performance.
