The COXREELS HP1125-4-325-H is a heavy-duty hose reel from the 1125 Series, designed for demanding industrial and trade applications. It accommodates hose with a 1/2 inch inner diameter and 7/8 inch outer diameter at a length of 325 feet. The reel features a one-piece all-welded steel A-frame base constructed from 12-gauge steel, CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs, and permanently lubricated self-aligning pillow block bearings. An electroless nickel-plated steel 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet and a low-profile outlet riser with open drum slot design ensure smooth, non-crimping hose wrapping. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service professionals install and operate this unit in high-demand service environments.
The HP1125-4-325-H is suited for industrial facilities, service shops, fleet maintenance bays, and other professional environments where large hose capacities and reliable reel performance are required. The hydraulic motor option and adjustable tension brake make it applicable for both stationary and mobile service configurations. Its robust construction supports continuous-duty use across compressed air, water, and compatible fluid delivery systems where 325 feet of 1/2 inch hose reach is necessary.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch inner diameter, 7/8 inch outer diameter hose at lengths up to 325 feet. Part of the COXREELS 1125 Series hose reel platform compatible with hand crank and motorized drive configurations.
Installation is typically performed by qualified industrial maintenance technicians or licensed plumbing and mechanical contractors. Shut off all supply pressure and depressurize the hose assembly completely before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally sound mounting surface using the mounting pattern located in the steel base, following applicable OSHA and facility safety guidelines. Verify that all inlet and outlet connections are thread-sealed and torqued according to fitting manufacturer specifications before returning the system to service.
