The COXREELS HP1125-4-100-H is a hydraulic motor-driven hose reel built for demanding industrial and trade applications. Part of the 1125 Series, it accepts 1/2 inch ID hose with a 7/8 inch OD and accommodates 100 feet of hose. The reel features a one-piece all-welded steel A-frame base, CNC robotically spun and ribbed discs, and permanently lubricated pillow block bearings. A low-profile outlet riser combined with an open drum slot design ensures flat, non-crimping hose wrap during retrieval. The CPC powder coat finish resists chips and rust for long service life in harsh environments. Licensed mechanics, industrial maintenance techs, and fluid-transfer specialists are the typical installers.
The HP1125-4-100-H is suited for high-pressure hydraulic fluid transfer in industrial, fleet maintenance, and heavy-equipment service environments. The hydraulic motor drive eliminates manual cranking, making retrieval faster in high-cycle applications. The electroless nickel-plated 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel inlet allows free reel rotation without hose twist, which is essential in fixed-mount installations where the hose must reach multiple points of use. The adjustable tension brake prevents free-wheeling during payout for added operator safety.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch ID, 7/8 inch OD hose up to 100 feet in length. Intended for hydraulic motor-driven installations requiring NPT swivel inlet connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic or industrial maintenance technician familiar with hydraulic systems. Depressurize and isolate the hydraulic circuit completely before connecting or disconnecting the motor drive lines. Secure the reel to a rigid mounting surface using the bolt pattern located in the steel base. Verify that all NPT fittings are properly sealed and that the hydraulic motor supply and return lines are rated for the system operating pressure before returning the circuit to service.
