The COXREELS EZ-TSHL-550 is a spring-driven hose reel built for truck-mount and off-road service applications where standard reels fall short. Part of the COXREELS T Series EZ-T line, this unit features an extra-large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms and a Super Hub triple axle support system that reduces vibration and reinforces structural integrity under heavy use. The reel accepts 3/4 inch ID, 1 1/16 inch OD hose up to 50 feet in length. The enclosed, lubricated EZ-Coil cartridge motor retracts hose up to 80 percent slower than conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back risk on the job. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and fluid-transfer technicians working in demanding mobile or field environments are the primary installers.
The EZ-TSHL-550 is suited for vehicle-mounted service rigs, fleet maintenance operations, and off-road equipment where consistent hose management under vibration and impact is required. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, making it adaptable across a range of truck body and service van layouts. The robust CPC powder coat finish resists chipping and rust, which is critical in outdoor and high-moisture environments. This reel is built for applications that cycle hose frequently throughout a workday and cannot afford downtime from reel failure.
Designed for use with 3/4 inch ID, 1 1/16 inch OD hose up to 50 feet. Suitable for truck-mount, vehicle, and stationary installations requiring a spring-driven reel in the COXREELS T Series EZ-T product family.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fluid transfer or mobile service equipment. Depressurize and drain all hose and line pressure before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the steel base to a structurally sound mounting surface rated for the combined weight of the reel, hose, and fluid load. Consult applicable local codes and vehicle upfitting standards when integrating into a service vehicle.
