The COXREELS EZ-TSHL-4100 is a spring-driven hose reel built for truck-mount and off-road service applications. It accepts 1/2 inch ID, 3/4 inch OD hose up to 100 feet and retracts hose automatically using an enclosed, lubricated cartridge-style spring motor. The EZ-Coil system slows retraction to up to 80% slower than conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back hazards. The chassis uses a dual pedestal design with a solid one-piece steel base and the Super Hub triple axle support, cutting vibration and reinforcing structural integrity under rough field conditions. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and industrial service technicians who work from service trucks will find this reel sized and reinforced for daily demanding use.
The EZ-TSHL-4100 is rated for truck-mount installations and is specifically engineered to handle off-road vibration and abusive field environments. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, giving installers flexibility when fitting the reel inside a service truck body or utility van. The machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose connection and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount, saving time on the job.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit option for truck-mount spring-driven hose reel applications requiring 1/2 inch ID hose capacity up to 100 feet.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with vehicle-mount fluid-handling equipment. Depressurize and drain the hose assembly fully before removing or servicing the reel. Secure the mounting base to a structurally sound surface using fasteners rated for the combined weight of the reel and a fully loaded 100-foot hose. Verify that the guide arm position and swivel orientation do not create kink points in the hose routing path before returning the reel to service.
