The COXREELS EZ-TSHF-535 is a supreme-duty dual pedestal fuel hose reel built for professional fuel dispensing in demanding service environments. Part of the T Series lineup, it handles non-aromatic fuels including diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and heating oil. The reel accepts 3/4 inch ID hose up to 35 feet and features a machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel rated for fuel service. The EZ-Coil retraction system uses a lubricated, enclosed cartridge-style motor that slows retract speed up to 80 percent compared to conventional spring-return reels, reducing snap-back hazard during fuel transfer operations. Weighing 91 pounds, this unit is built for fixed or vehicle-mounted installations.
The EZ-TSHF-535 is suited for heavy-duty commercial and industrial fuel dispensing applications including fuel and lube trucks, tank trucks, aircraft refuelers, bulk liquid transport, ground support equipment, and stationary fuel storage dispensing systems. Its multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting, making it adaptable across utility fleet and transport service configurations. The dual pedestal frame with a solid one-piece steel base provides the structural stability required for high-cycle dispensing duty.
Designed for use with 3/4 inch ID non-aromatic fuel hose in diesel, kerosene, fuel oil, and heating oil dispensing systems. Suitable for vehicle-mounted and stationary fuel dispensing installations requiring a supreme-duty dual pedestal T Series reel configuration.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with fuel system plumbing and applicable local codes. Shut off all fuel supply lines and relieve system pressure before mounting or connecting the reel. Secure the base to a structurally adequate surface using hardware rated for the combined weight of the unit and filled hose. Verify all NPT swivel and hose end connections are leak-free before returning the system to service.
