The COXREELS EZ-TSH-3100 is a spring-driven hose reel built for truck-mount and off-road service applications where standard reels fall short. Part of the COXREELS T Series EZ-T line, this reel features an extra-large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms and the COXREELS Super Hub triple axle support system, which reduces vibration and reinforces structural integrity under punishing field conditions. The reel accepts 3/8-inch ID, 5/8-inch OD hose up to 100 feet in length. A patented EZ-Coil spring motor retracts hose up to 80 percent slower than conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back risk and improving jobsite safety. Licensed HVAC techs, plumbers, and mobile service technicians working from service vehicles rely on this reel for dependable, repeated daily use.
The EZ-TSH-3100 is designed for mobile service trucks and fleet vehicles operating in demanding off-road or heavy-use environments. Its multi-position guide arm adjusts to accommodate wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, making it adaptable across a range of truck body layouts and service van builds. The enclosed, lubricated cartridge-style spring motor can be removed for maintenance without taking the entire reel off its mount, which minimizes downtime in the field. This reel is well suited for compressed air, water, and fluid transfer lines used in plumbing, HVAC, and general industrial service work from a mobile platform.
Designed as a truck-mount spring-driven hose reel for 3/8-inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length, suitable for compressed air, water, and compatible fluid service lines in mobile service applications.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with vehicle-mounted equipment and applicable safety standards. Depressurize and drain the hose and supply line completely before mounting or servicing this reel. Secure all fasteners to the truck body or mounting surface according to the vehicle manufacturer's load and torque specifications for accessory mounts. Verify hose ratings are compatible with the intended working fluid and pressure before placing the reel in service.
