The COXREELS EZ-TMPL-475 is a spring-driven, truck-mount hose reel built for demanding off-road and field service applications. Part of the EZ-T Series, it accepts 1/2 inch ID hose up to 75 feet in length. The reel features an extra-large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms and the Coxreels Super Hub triple axle support system, which reduces vibration and reinforces structural integrity under heavy use. The EZ-Coil retraction motor is a lubricated, enclosed cartridge-style unit that retracts hose up to 80 percent slower than conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back hazards. Licensed HVAC, plumbing, and general service technicians working mobile service rigs will find this reel suited to the physical stress of daily vehicle-mounted operation.
The EZ-TMPL-475 is designed for truck and vehicle mounting in mobile service environments where durability and reliable hose retrieval are critical. The multi-position guide arm adjusts to wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, making it adaptable across a range of fleet setups. Its construction targets applications with repeated hose deployment cycles in abusive outdoor and off-road conditions, including utility, oil field, agricultural, and heavy-trade service vehicles.
Designed as an OEM-style truck-mount replacement or new-install spring-driven hose reel for 1/2 inch ID hose applications up to 75 feet in length.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified service technician familiar with mobile equipment rigging and fluid transfer systems. Depressurize and disconnect the hose from the fluid source before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the steel base to a structurally sound vehicle mount point using hardware appropriate for the vehicle frame material and expected load. Verify the guide arm position and swivel orientation before returning the system to service.
