The COXREELS EZ-THPL-375 is a heavy-duty, spring-driven hose reel built for truck mount and off-road service applications. Designed as part of the COXREELS T Series EZ-T line, it accommodates 3/8 inch ID hose up to 75 feet in length and features an extra-large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms for maximum structural integrity. The EZ-COIL retraction system slows rewind speed by up to 80 percent compared to conventional spring reels, reducing hose wear and operator risk. A CNC robotically spun disc construction with rolled edges and a one-piece steel base add durability for the most demanding field environments. Licensed trades and service professionals who need a reliable retractable reel in mobile or rough-terrain settings will find this unit suited to the task.
The EZ-THPL-375 is intended for truck-mounted installations and off-road service vehicles where vibration, shock loads, and repeated daily use are standard conditions. The multi-position guide arm supports wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, giving installers flexibility when positioning the reel in a work truck bed or service body. Its enclosed, lubricated cartridge-style motor can be removed without dismounting the reel, which reduces downtime during maintenance. The 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose connection and seal service without removing the reel from its mount.
Designed as an OEM-style truck-mount hose reel compatible with 3/8 inch ID hose up to 75 feet in length. Consult hose pressure and temperature ratings independently to confirm suitability for the intended fluid and service conditions.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with mobile fluid-delivery systems and applicable mounting requirements for service vehicles. Depressurize and drain all hose and system lines before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the one-piece steel base to a structurally sound mounting surface using hardware rated for the combined weight of the reel and loaded hose. Verify NPT swivel connections for thread engagement and seal integrity before returning the system to service.
