The COXREELS EZ-THPL-350 is a spring-driven hose reel built for truck-mount and off-road service applications where durability and reliable retraction are non-negotiable. Part of the COXREELS T Series, it features an extra-large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms and the COXREELS Super Hub triple axle support system, which reduces vibration and reinforces structural integrity under demanding field conditions. The EZ-COIL retraction motor is an enclosed, lubricated cartridge unit that retracts hose up to 80 percent slower than conventional spring-driven reels, protecting both the hose and the operator. Designed for 3/8 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length, this reel is suited for service trucks, mobile lube units, and similar mobile trade applications.
The EZ-THPL-350 is intended for use on service vehicles operating in rugged, off-road environments where standard reels are prone to premature failure. Typical installations include mobile lubrication rigs, fleet service trucks, and hydraulic service vehicles. The multi-position guide arm adjusts to accommodate wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, making it adaptable across a range of truck body and equipment bay layouts. Licensed technicians and fleet service professionals in the lubrication, hydraulic, and fluid transfer trades are the primary installers.
Designed as an OEM-style truck-mount replacement or new-install spring-driven hose reel for 3/8 inch ID hose applications in mobile fluid-transfer and lubrication service systems.
Installation is typically performed by fleet service technicians or licensed lubrication equipment installers. Shut off all fluid supply lines and relieve system pressure before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the steel base to a structurally sound vehicle mounting surface using hardware rated for the combined weight of the reel and loaded hose. Follow the vehicle or equipment manufacturer guidelines and applicable OSHA standards for mobile service equipment installation.
