The COXREELS EZ-THPL-175 is a spring-driven hose reel built for truck-mount and off-road service applications. It accepts 1/4 inch inner diameter hose up to 75 feet in length and features an extra-large dual pedestal chassis with the Coxreels Super Hub triple axle support system. That construction reduces vibration and reinforces structural integrity under demanding field conditions. The EZ-Coil enclosed cartridge-style spring motor retracts hose up to 80 percent slower than conventional spring reels, giving technicians controlled retraction on the job. CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges add strength while protecting hose and operator alike. This reel is intended for professional installation and use by trade service technicians operating mobile service vehicles.
The EZ-THPL-175 is designed for truck-mount and vehicle-mounted service setups where off-road reliability is required. The multi-position guide arm adjusts to wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting orientations, making it adaptable across service body configurations. The 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel, machined from zinc-plated steel, allows hose installation and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. This reel is well suited to mobile lube, fluid transfer, pneumatic, and similar service-truck applications where a durable, spring-return hose management solution is needed in high-vibration environments.
Designed as an OEM-style truck-mount spring-driven hose reel accepting 1/4 inch inner diameter hose up to 75 feet in length with standard NPT swivel connections.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with mobile service equipment and vehicle upfitting. Shut off all fluid supply lines and depressurize the hose assembly completely before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the one-piece steel base to a structurally sound mounting surface using appropriately rated fasteners for the vehicle or fixture type. Verify all NPT swivel connections are properly sealed and torqued per the fitting manufacturer's recommendations before returning the system to service.
