The COXREELS EZ-THP-175 is a heavy-duty, spring-driven hose reel engineered for truck-mount and off-road service applications. It accepts 1/4 inch ID hose with a 9/16 inch OD up to 75 feet in length, making it well suited for mobile service rigs operating in harsh, high-vibration environments. The reel features an extra-large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms and the COXREELS Super Hub triple axle support system, which reduces vibration and reinforces structural integrity under demanding field conditions. A CPC powder coat finish provides chip resistance and rust inhibition for long service life. Licensed trades and fleet service technicians working in abusive outdoor environments will find this reel built to withstand repeated daily use.
The EZ-THP-175 is designed for mobile and stationary installations where spring-driven automatic retraction is required. Its multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, giving installers flexibility across a range of service truck and shop setups. The EZ-Coil spring motor retracts hose up to 80 percent slower than conventional reels, reducing snap-back risk for operators in the field.
Designed as an OEM-style spring-driven hose reel for truck-mount and shop applications requiring 1/4 inch ID hose up to 75 feet in length.
Installation should be performed by a qualified technician familiar with mobile equipment or industrial hose reel mounting practices. Depressurize and disconnect the hose line from its source before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel base to the mounting surface using fasteners rated for the load and vibration environment. Verify the guide arm position and swivel orientation before returning the system to service.
