The COXREELS EZ-THP-1100 is a heavy-duty spring-driven hose reel built for truck-mount and off-road service applications. Part of the COXREELS T Series, it features an extra-large chassis with dual pedestal-style arms and the Super Hub triple axle support system, which reduces vibration and reinforces structural integrity under punishing field conditions. The reel accepts 1/4 inch ID hose up to 100 feet in length. The enclosed, lubricated EZ-Coil cartridge motor retracts hose at up to 80 percent slower than conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back risk for the technician on the job. Licensed HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical service contractors are the primary installers.
The EZ-THP-1100 is designed for service trucks and mobile maintenance rigs operating in demanding outdoor and off-road environments. Its multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations, making it adaptable to a wide range of service body layouts. The dual pedestal base uses a solid one-piece steel construction with no welds at the support post junction, maintaining stability across rough terrain. This reel is well-suited for fluid transfer, compressed air, or similar hose-delivered service tasks that require a reliable, self-retracting solution in the field.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit unit for truck-mount spring-driven hose reel applications accepting 1/4 inch ID hose up to 100 feet.
Installation should be performed by a qualified mechanic or service technician familiar with mobile equipment mounting. Depressurize and bleed all fluid or air lines before disconnecting existing hose reel assemblies. Secure all mounting fasteners to the vehicle service body per the vehicle manufacturer's structural guidelines. Verify hose inlet and outlet fittings are compatible with the NPT swivel before pressurizing the system.
