The COXREELS EZ-SL15L-L135 is a spring-driven retractable hose reel from the EZ-S Series, engineered for side-mount installation in cabinets, enclosed spaces, and vertical flat surfaces. Built for air and water service, it accepts hose with a 1/4 inch ID and 1/2 inch OD and holds 35 feet of hose. The EZ-Coil retraction system is a patented design that slows retraction speed up to 80 percent compared to conventional spring-driven reels, reducing snap-back hazards on the job. CNC robotically spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges add structural rigidity and protect hose integrity during repeated cycling. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and general service techs install this reel at tool benches, service vehicles, machine tool stations, and vehicle lift systems.
The EZ-SL15L-L135 is configured for left-side cabinet or enclosed-space mounting and uses a simple two-bolt mounting pattern that allows quick attachment and detachment across multiple workstations. The 360-degree hose direction feature lets the operator pull hose in any direction without repositioning the reel. Typical applications include service units, tool boxes, vertical walls and beams, service vehicles, and any flat vertical surface where a compact, self-retracting hose supply is needed. The reel is sold as an individual unit.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-install spring-driven hose reel for air and water service applications on tool benches, service vehicles, cabinet enclosures, and vertical flat surface mounting systems.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified service technician or mechanical contractor. Shut off the air or water supply and depressurize the line fully before connecting or disconnecting hose or fittings. Secure the reel to a structurally sound surface using the two-bolt mounting pattern and hardware rated for the application load. Follow all applicable facility safety procedures and local plumbing or mechanical codes when connecting pressurized lines.
