The COXREELS EZ-SL15-L135 is a spring-driven hose reel from the EZ-S Series, designed for side-mount and cabinet-mount installations where space is limited. It accepts 1/4 inch ID hose up to 35 feet and features the patented EZ-Coil retraction system, which slows retraction speed by up to 80 percent compared to conventional spring reels. The unit ships at 22 pounds and measures 17.5 inches long, 8.5 inches wide, and 19.25 inches tall. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. Licensed HVAC techs, mechanics, and shop technicians are the primary installers.
The EZ-SL15-L135 is built for applications where a compact, retractable hose reel must fit inside a cabinet, enclosed compartment, or tight vertical surface. Common install locations include service vehicles, tool benches, tool boxes, machine tool stations, vehicle lift systems, and any flat vertical wall or beam. The two-bolt mounting pattern makes it practical for both permanent fixed stations and temporary multi-workstation setups. The 360-degree hose direction lets the operator swing the hose to any position the job requires. Suitable for air and water service lines in light industrial and automotive service environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit spring-driven hose reel for air and water service lines requiring 1/4 inch ID hose up to 35 feet in side-mount or cabinet-mount configurations.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified mechanic, shop technician, or maintenance professional. Depressurize and disconnect the air or water supply line completely before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel using the two-bolt pattern to a structurally sound vertical surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and charged hose. Do not exceed the rated hose ID, length, or working pressure marked on the unit.
