The COXREELS EZ-SHWT-1100 is a spring-driven welding hose reel from the SHW Series, designed to manage bulky twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and field environments. It features a 1/4 inch ID inlet and accommodates up to 100 feet of hose. The larger SHW chassis and frame provide the capacity for longer hose lengths, while the Coxreels Super Hub dual axle support system reduces vibration and increases structural integrity during retraction and dispensing. An external 90-degree full-flow dual-ported brass swivel with Viton seals routes both hose connections from the same side of the reel, eliminating the need to dismount the reel for hose access. Licensed welding professionals and industrial service technicians are the primary installers.

This reel is suited for welding gas distribution in production facilities, maintenance shops, fabrication operations, and vehicle-mounted service setups. The multi-position guide arm adjusts for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting, making it adaptable across a range of fixed and mobile installations.
