The COXREELS EZ-SG19WT-175 is a spring-driven welding gas hose reel from the SGW Series, designed for T-grade oxy-acetylene and welding gas hose in demanding service environments. It accepts 1/4-inch ID hose up to 75 feet and features COXREELS patented EZ-Coil retraction system, which slows hose return up to 80 percent compared to conventional spring reels. The reel mounts to any vertical flat surface using a simple two-bolt pattern, making it well suited for service vehicles, tool benches, wall mounts, and machine tool stations. Licensed HVAC technicians, welding professionals, and shop maintenance crews are the typical installers.
The EZ-SG19WT-175 is built for tight-space installations where controlled hose management is critical. The side-mount, vertical flat-surface design fits service vehicle compartments, enclosed cabinets, lift bays, and shop walls. The adjustable six-position guide arm and roller assembly give the installer precise hose routing control across a range of layouts. Common deployment environments include automotive service shops, fleet maintenance facilities, and industrial tool stations requiring a reliable T-grade welding gas supply at the hose station.
Designed for use with T-grade oxy-acetylene and welding gas hose with 1/4-inch ID, up to 75 feet in length, as part of the COXREELS SGW Series of side-mount spring-driven hose reels.
Installation is performed by qualified welding equipment technicians or industrial maintenance professionals familiar with compressed gas systems and applicable OSHA and NFPA guidelines. Shut off and bleed all gas supply lines before mounting or servicing the reel. Secure the reel to a structurally sound vertical flat surface using fasteners rated for the combined weight of the reel and charged hose. Do not attempt to disassemble the spring motor cartridge under tension; follow the manufacturer service procedure for safe motor removal.
