The COXREELS EZ-SG19-M350 is a spring-driven hose reel from the SG Series, designed for controlled retraction of air, water, oil, and grease hose in demanding service environments. The reel features a patented EZ-Coil cartridge motor that retracts hose up to 80 percent slower than conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back hazards during retraction. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows fast hose installation and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. The unit accepts 3/8-inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length and is built for professional installation by fleet technicians, shop mechanics, and service vehicle operators.
The EZ-SG19-M350 is suited for use in tight spaces where hose management and controlled retraction are critical. Common installation locations include service vehicles, tool benches, vertical walls, beams, vehicle lift systems, and machine tool stations. The side-mount, two-bolt mounting pattern allows fast attachment and detachment from any vertical flat surface, making it practical for both temporary and permanent setups in commercial shops and mobile service rigs. The six-position adjustable guide arm and roller assembly give the installer flexibility to route hose efficiently for the specific workstation layout.
Designed as an OEM-style fit within the COXREELS SG Series for 3/8-inch ID hose applications carrying air, water, oil, or grease media.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified shop technician or fleet mechanic using standard hand tools. Mount to a solid vertical flat surface using the two-bolt pattern, ensuring the substrate can support the combined weight of the reel and fully loaded hose. Relieve all line pressure and drain residual fluid from the hose before removing or servicing the swivel or cartridge motor. The guide arm position should be set before finalizing the mount orientation to confirm hose exit angle clears surrounding equipment.
