The COXREELS EZ-SG13-L135 is a spring-driven hose reel from the SG Series, designed for controlled hose retraction in demanding service environments. It accommodates hose with a 1/4-inch inner diameter and 1/2-inch outer diameter up to 35 feet in length, making it well-suited for air, water, oil, and grease applications. The reel features COXREELS patented EZ-COIL retraction system, which slows retraction up to 80 percent compared to conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back risk during daily use. A machined solid-brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows hose installation and seal maintenance without removing the reel from its mount. Installed by mechanics, fleet technicians, and industrial maintenance personnel.
The EZ-SG13-L135 is built for side-mount installation on any vertical flat surface using a two-bolt mounting pattern. Common deployment locations include service vehicles, tool benches, vertical walls and beams, vehicle lift systems, and machine tool stations. The multi-position guide arm and roller assembly adjust to six different positions using a standard open-end wrench, providing precise hose routing control in tight or confined spaces. The reel measures 14.5 inches in length, 6.75 inches in width, and 16 inches in height, and ships as a single unit weighing 26 pounds.
Designed as an OEM-style side-mount spring-driven hose reel for air, water, oil, and grease service lines in industrial, fleet, and garage environments.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified mechanic or industrial maintenance technician. Shut off and depressurize the connected air, water, or fluid supply line before mounting or servicing the reel. The two-bolt side-mount pattern is designed for attachment to a vertical flat surface such as a wall, beam, cabinet, or vehicle bulkhead. Consult applicable OSHA and facility safety guidelines when installing reels on service vehicles or elevated structures.
