The COXREELS EZ-P-WL-125 is a spring-driven welding hose reel designed to manage twin-line welding hose in demanding shop and field environments. Part of the EZ-Coil P-W Series, this reel features a compact chassis with a solid one-piece steel base and support post for stable, permanent mounting. The enclosed, lubricated cartridge-style spring motor retracts hose at up to 80% slower than conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back hazards. An external 90-degree full-flow dual-ported brass swivel with Viton seals keeps both supply and return connections accessible from a single side of the reel without dismounting. Designed for professional welders, fabricators, and industrial service technicians who need organized, repeatable hose management at a fixed workstation or mobile rig.
The EZ-P-WL-125 accepts 1/4-inch ID twin-line welding hose up to 25 feet in length. It is suited for wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting thanks to a multi-position guide arm that adjusts to the installation angle required. The P-W Series compact footprint makes it practical in tight bays or on service vehicles where space is limited. A CPC powder coat finish resists chips and rust, making this reel appropriate for both indoor production environments and outdoor or mobile service applications where corrosion exposure is a regular concern.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement and standard fitment for 1/4-inch ID twin-line welding hose applications in the COXREELS P-W Series reel lineup.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified millwright, industrial mechanic, or experienced welding technician. Shut off all gas supply valves and bleed pressure from the hose assembly completely before connecting or disconnecting swivel fittings. Mount the reel to a structurally sound surface rated to support the combined weight of the reel and fully loaded hose. Verify all swivel connections for leaks with an approved leak-detection solution before returning the system to service.
