The COXREELS EZ-P-HP-125 is a spring-driven, high-pressure hose reel built for demanding trade and industrial applications. It manages a 1/4-inch ID, 9/16-inch OD hose up to 25 feet in length and retracts automatically using a factory-tensioned spring motor. The reel is constructed around heavy-duty CNC-spun and ribbed steel discs with rolled edges, a solid one-piece steel base, and a machined zinc-plated steel swivel rated for full-flow NPT connection. The EZ-Coil cartridge-style spring motor is enclosed, lubricated, and retractable at up to 80 percent slower speed than conventional reels, reducing snap-back risk during retraction. Weighing 48 pounds and measuring 17.5 inches long by 8.5 inches wide by 19.25 inches tall, it is sized for vehicle, wall, floor, or ceiling mounting without requiring a large footprint.
This hose reel is suited for high-pressure fluid service in automotive, industrial, and service-truck environments. Typical applications include hydraulic fluid lines, grease service lines, and compressed air or water delivery where consistent retraction and durable construction are required. The multi-position guide arm accommodates a wide range of mounting orientations, making it practical for service bays, lube centers, fleet maintenance facilities, and mobile service units. The adjustable solid rubber hose stop protects the hose end fitting at full retraction. A chip-resistant, rust-inhibiting CPC powder-coat finish is applied for long-term corrosion resistance in shop and outdoor service environments.
Designed as an OEM-style replacement or direct-fit spring-driven hose reel for 1/4-inch ID hose assemblies up to 25 feet in high-pressure fluid service applications.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified mechanic or service technician using standard hand tools. Before servicing or replacing the reel, depressurize the supply line and relieve any residual pressure in the hose. Secure the mounting surface to a structural member rated to support the reel weight plus hose fluid load. Follow all applicable facility safety codes when routing hose and connecting supply fittings.
