The COXREELS EZ-HPL-350 is a spring-driven hose reel from the EZ-SH Series, designed for demanding trade applications where reliable hose retraction and structural durability are required. Built on a larger chassis than standard-duty reels, it accommodates a 3/8 inch inner diameter hose up to 50 feet in length. The reel features Coxreels patented EZ-Coil retraction system, which slows retraction speed by up to 80 percent compared to conventional spring-driven reels, reducing snap-back hazards during daily use. A CNC robotically spun disc design with rolled edges adds structural rigidity. This unit is well suited for HVAC technicians, plumbers, mechanics, and fleet service professionals who need a permanent or vehicle-mounted hose reel solution.
The EZ-HPL-350 fits wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting configurations via its multi-position guide arm. The single-pedestal steel base uses a no-weld, one-piece construction to deliver a stable platform without excess weight. The enclosed, lubricated cartridge-style spring motor can be removed without taking the reel off its mount, making field maintenance practical in shop and vehicle installations alike. The 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel is machined from zinc-plated steel, allowing hose installation and seal service without reel removal.
Designed to accept 3/8 inch inner diameter hose with an 11/16 inch outer diameter up to 50 feet in length. Consult Coxreels hose compatibility data to confirm working pressure ratings and hose material suitability for the intended fluid or gas service.
Installation is performed by qualified service technicians familiar with hose reel mounting requirements for the intended application. Shut off and depressurize any connected fluid or air supply lines before servicing the reel, swivel, or spring motor cartridge. Mounting hardware selection should account for the unit weight and dynamic load during hose retraction. Follow all applicable facility safety codes and vehicle upfitter guidelines when mounting in mobile service configurations.
