The COXREELS EZ-HP-350 is a spring-driven hose reel built for demanding trade and industrial applications. Part of the SH Series Super Hub line, it features a large chassis and frame designed to handle longer hose lengths and larger hose diameters. The dual axle Super Hub support system reduces vibration, increases operational stability, and reinforces the structural integrity of the reel under repeated use. The EZ-Coil retraction system slows rewind speed by up to 80 percent compared to conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back hazards. The reel weighs 65 pounds and measures 20.5 inches long, 10.5 inches wide, and 22 inches tall.
The EZ-HP-350 is suited for high-pressure hose service in shops, fleet maintenance facilities, and field service vehicles. It accommodates 3/8-inch ID, 11/16-inch OD hose up to 50 feet in length. The multi-position guide arm supports wall, floor, ceiling, and vehicle mounting, making it adaptable to a wide range of permanent and mobile installations. Technicians working with air, hydraulic, or water lines in commercial and light industrial environments will find the reel a durable fit for daily high-cycle use.
Designed as an OEM-style spring-driven hose reel replacement or new installation for 3/8-inch ID hose applications in trade, fleet, and industrial service environments.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified mechanic or service technician. Before mounting, ensure the mounting surface is capable of supporting the reel weight plus the loaded hose. Shut off all fluid supply and depressurize the hose line completely before connecting or disconnecting the swivel fitting. The multi-position guide arm should be secured firmly to prevent movement during retraction cycles.
