The COXREELS EZ-ENML-350 is an enclosed, spring-driven hose reel engineered for demanding work environments where both performance and appearance matter. The reel features a heavy-gauge, powder-coated steel three-piece casing that protects the internal components, hose, and reel mechanism from dirt, moisture, and physical damage. Designed for 3/8 inch inner diameter hose up to 50 feet in length, it incorporates Coxreels patented EZ-Coil retraction system, which slows retraction speed by up to 80 percent compared to conventional spring reels. A machined solid brass 90-degree full-flow NPT swivel allows seal maintenance and hose changes without removing the reel from its mount. Licensed HVAC technicians, plumbers, and industrial service professionals are the primary installers.
The EZ-ENML-350 is suited for light-duty fluid service, compressed air, and similar applications in commercial and industrial settings where a clean, professional installation is required. The enclosed casing makes it appropriate for customer-facing service bays, shop floors, and facilities where exposed hose reels are not acceptable. The three-piece casing disassembles quickly for access during routine maintenance or hose replacement. The adjustable hose roller guide accommodates varied hose routing needs at the point of installation.
Designed as an OEM-style enclosed spring-driven hose reel compatible with 3/8 inch inner diameter hose up to 50 feet in length for compressed air, fluid, and similar service applications.
Installation is typically performed by a qualified technician or maintenance professional familiar with plumbing or pneumatic systems. Shut off and depressurize the supply line completely before mounting the reel or connecting hose fittings. The single-pedestal steel base should be fastened to a solid structural surface rated for the combined weight of the reel and hose under load. Refer to applicable facility codes and manufacturer instructions for mounting hardware requirements.
