The COXREELS EZ-ENM-450 is an enclosed, spring-driven hose reel designed for trade and industrial environments where hose protection, safety, and a clean installation appearance are priorities. The reel houses its components inside a heavy-gauge, powder-coated steel three-piece casing that shields the hose and internal parts from contaminants, impact, and weather exposure. It is equipped with Coxreels patented EZ-COIL retraction system, which slows retract speed up to 80 percent compared to conventional spring reels, reducing snap-back hazards. The unit accepts 1/2 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length and is suited for installation by maintenance technicians, HVAC professionals, and industrial service crews.
The EZ-ENM-450 is built for fixed-mount service in shops, service bays, warehouses, and field service vehicles where a tidy, professional appearance is required alongside reliable hose management. The enclosed casing design makes it appropriate for environments that demand containment of hose and fittings when not in use. The adjustable hose roller guide and multi-position lock ratchet mechanism allow for controlled positioning during use. This reel is a practical fit for compressed air, fluid dispensing, and similar low-pressure service lines routed through a permanent mounting location.
Designed for use with 1/2 inch ID hose up to 50 feet in length. Part of the COXREELS EZ-EN Series enclosed spring-driven reel line. Verify hose OD does not exceed 13/16 inch before installation.
Mount to a fixed surface using the solid steel base prior to connecting any supply line. Shut off and depressurize the supply line completely before connecting or disconnecting the swivel fitting. The three-piece casing is designed for straightforward disassembly to access the spring cartridge for maintenance without specialized tooling. Follow applicable facility safety codes and manufacturer torque guidance for all threaded connections.
